Privacy Policy
Effective November 6, 2026
This policy explains how One Vision ("we", "us") handles information you give us on claims.onevisione.com. We run these pages to connect people who may have a legal claim with law firms that can review it. We are not a law firm.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and for some forms your street address, city and state.
- Details about your possible claim: the answers you give on the form. These can be sensitive, for example information about an assault, or about a child who was harmed and the person responsible.
- A record of your visit: we use a service called TrustedForm, from ActiveProspect, which records how the form was filled in and the consent wording shown to you, along with technical details such as your IP address, browser and the date and time. This record is kept as proof that you agreed to be contacted.
Why we collect it
We use your information to pass your inquiry to a legal marketing company and its partner law firms so they can contact you and review whether you may have a claim. We also keep a record of your inquiry and your consent.
Who we share it with
- Our legal marketing partners and their partner law firms, who receive your inquiry so they can contact you about your possible claim. A partner may pay us when it accepts an inquiry.
- Service providers that help us run these pages: Amazon Web Services (hosting), ActiveProspect (the TrustedForm consent record) and our customer records system. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Others when the law requires it, for example to answer a valid court order.
We do not share the details of your possible claim with anyone else, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box, One Vision, its partner law firms and its legal marketing partners may call or text you about your possible claim, including with automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voices. Consent is not a condition of any service. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask any caller to stop calling you. You can also contact us using the details below.
Children
These pages are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. A parent or legal guardian may give us information about a child to ask about that child's possible claim.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and consent record for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and to show that you agreed to be contacted, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
How we protect it
Your information travels over an encrypted connection and is stored with access limited to the people and services that need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop sharing it. Depending on where you live, for example California, you may have further rights under state law, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, contact us below.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
